How these comparisons are actually built
Criteria in the open, every fact linked, and an explicit list of things we refuse to fake.
The three rules
- One job per page. We define the reader's use case and rough budget before choosing any tool. A comparison that could be about anybody is about nobody.
- Every fact is traceable. Features, limits and listed pricing are taken from the vendor's own page and linked under Sources with the date we read them. If we can't link it, we don't state it.
- Criteria are published. The table rows are the argument. Weigh them differently if your priorities differ — that's the point.
What we will never do
- No invented testing. We never claim hands-on trials we did not run. If we haven't used a tool, we describe it from cited sources and say so.
- No fake scores. No invented benchmarks, star ratings, "our experts rated it 4.7", or fabricated testimonials.
- No pay-to-rank. Commission potential never decides placement or wording. If affiliate links exist, they are labelled at the link.
- No keyword filler. We would rather publish four honest pages than four hundred thin ones.
How it stays current
Pricing pages move. Each table cell carries an access date, so you can see exactly how fresh a claim is. When we re-check a page we update the article and bump its Updated date. Spotted something stale? Tell us and we will verify it against the source.
Money, plainly
Some outbound links may be partner links that could earn a commission. That arrangement does not change criteria, placement or verdicts — see the disclosure.
